After overcoming the huge obstacle that cross border investing has in terms of being double taxed, I've had a great experience virtually investing in US real estate.

It's a somewhat ambiguous collection of thoughts (meaning, NOT a "how to" book) on how to overcome "resistance" to push forward.  

No platitudes please, but constructive helpful comments that perhaps are not what I want to read, because for now, overcoming this in my biggest mental block. ?

Let's not complicate this.Price overcomes all objections.If you are selling it for a low enough price, you will be able to sell it whether it was listed or not.

I am almost finished with the process, as I only have one more hurdle to overcome to get my Florida license!
