A bit ironic, no?

I have some wrought iron repair I'd like to have done on the front porch at my 4-unit and the $1000 can go toward that. 

How ironic of the timing of how this China Wuhan COVID-19 came on on the scene in December and China downplayed the news of it in January, then did an internet blackout on all reporting.  

I've been doing lots of research trying to iron out all the details of the wholesaling process, especially in Texas. 

Ironically, they confided that they earn more money on fees charged to tenants than they do management fees charged to owners. 

Also, you hit at the classic day job issue which has two camps, too...ironically, your day job may help you launch away from it (as banks like a strong, steady w2 like yours to make loans), so that can be part of your real estate plan, too..

How many extra "irons in the fire" are you expecting to have down the track?

And finally, I do still find it somewhat ironic that many highly successful investors want to sincerely help others out in their real estate paths, yet they'd be the first one to jostle over the next property that comes up for sale.
