Should I have an inspection done myself to help market the property to buyers with extra confidence, honesty and convenience, or should I just simply leave that up to the interested investors???

And remember - honesty (not hostility)( is the best policy.

But in all honesty you could get a better rate then that at less of the cost and instead of a large buy down just do a "rate & term" refinance down the road into a shorter term/lower rate. 

To be honest, I would be very careful in Baltimore.After one year, you might find yourself in a situation that you dont want to be in.I would suggest to put the information here, or message one of the seasoned investors to get their opinion.I seen out of state people paying way over price on houses to get turnkey propertiesGood Luck!!!

Honesty, accounting, availability, and maintenance scheduling are tools at which they should excel.Don't invest with a general partner.

Although, to be honest, I was thinking it would be a good value to someone providing me with those case studies because when I have the private money in place,  we will be looking for notes to acquire and I will already know of people who have done success transactions who may want to sell some non/performing notes.

Although he is new to the company, an image of honesty and integrity was brightly displayed.
