I think that is very evident as there are thread after thread about wholesaling on BP and whether you can do it without a license etc this activity already exists.Then you take the busy professional they don't have the time or the hard working Truck driver how is he going to sell his home when he is on the road or the airline pilot who is on a 6 day trip half way around the world how is he going to sell his home.

The basic things of paint, carpet are basic cosmetics. on the inside: I look at flooring stability, electrical panel, plumbing ( look underneath the sinks) for visible pipes or lack thereof, HVAC (heating/cooling units) roof, siding, check for signs of visible leaks in the ceilings, possible evidence of mold/mildew under windows .

The premise is over-simplified- perhaps in a "normal" market banking on appreciation is "speculation", but in my market "reversion to the mean" would mean a doubling of values, and evidently others agree.

Where's the problem.The problem is that 46% of US citizens don't have a passport .... which makes that policy indirectly discriminatory .... go ask an attorney next time.When an applicant refuses to produce SSN to help me evaluate their creditworthiness I make an immediate demand for evidence of their ability to travel internationally.
