If the demand for housing is high, supply will dictate prices.

This will dictate your path in REI.

That will dictate how much you can get for your 2/1. 

Project, insurance liablity, car you drive, etc. etc. all dictate the end value.

I can't really comment on this except in these areas, the numbers you are looking at usually make more sense.People need a place to live and if they have a job, their income will dictate the amount they are willing to pay and that will partially dictate values of property. 

@Cristy GeorgeOf course, you'd want to comply with your condo's policy for STR since that'll dictate how you proceed.I bet several of us could write the instruction manual easily!

The $$$$ is what defines the quality and usability of every market.Also, always let the markets dictate the limits of your offers. 

More than likely the density is going to be dictated by your municipality's zoning ordinance. 

Depending on these answers will dictate what options you have.
