What areas are you going to concentrate in?

Concentrate first on getting your career/employment on track, part time employment is totally unreliable and will make getting financing almost impossible.You need to make way more money than you presently earn.

I still work full time as a commercial property manager (VP of the company now) but I still want to get out of this at some point and concentrate full time on investments.

I have noticed that the larger towns and cities have more concentration (especially in the south and east of NH).  

Rentals are what I want to concentrate on, but what sort of rentals will produce the income I need, and will be attainable during that 15 year timeframe?

However, one of the BP podcasts, I can't remember which, had a fella who really did concentrated mailers, writing personal letters to a concentrated group of owners that fit his specific criteria.

Would a MBA with a concentration in Finance be helpful ?

The area that I've been concentrating on is the area around Condor Park just south of the BUS 190, which looks like the line dividing the city, or I could be right above it, I'm not sure.

I got a Finance degree from UTSA ('91)with a concentration in real estate, I worked for a property manager through college.

I have 10 in a concentrated area, that I think I am going to turn over to her.
