Anyone notice the realtors are saying you need a realtor and the non realtors are saying you can do it on your own, wonder why?

Hello BPers I was going to attend my first local investor event/meet up and was wondering what people normally wear to these things.

I'm wondering if that might be less of an issue for something more rustic and temporarily occupied like camping/RV.Any one have any thoughts, parallel experiences, or other basis for insight? 

Sure, I could look for a higher paying job, but I was wondering if anyone has any creative short-term methods to improve my ratio.

However, for a possible new owner who wants to launch a STR in the springtime of 2025, we wonder what the future may hold in terms of permitting for a new STR, grandfathering of an purchased home that was already a STR, etc.

I have a pretty large emergency fund in place for those properties, but I wonder if that capital could be better employed elsewhere (potentially acquire another property).  

II wonder if it would stand up in court that they could force you to use their contractual payment requirements on your own Private property.

Plenty of things in kitchen so people don't need to wonder if they can make XYZ in there.Once you get it all setup, it should go pretty smooth.
