On another note, you may also want to consider looking at a lender ;) that has motgage products geared specifically towards real estate investors since essentially that is what you are gearing up to do.

@Grant Rothenburger My first post was geared to the OP, like you, I believe others are probably more tolerant (too tolerant) of ignorant people than I am.

The recent ones are geared toward folks who have been in it for a while.

I have done a couple of lease options and it’s more geared towards credit repair.

I know the whole It takes two years or so to build the LLC credit and after that the LLC should be able to obtain a loan as an entity. my question is geared towards before we hit that two years of building credit.  

I do have a friend who has always been interested in flipping houses and has some capital, so my time would probably be better spent looking into flipping or researching to gear up for purchasing a MFH to house hack in the next year or so. 

I think you’re just not seeing it on bigger pockets because it was more geared towards multi family/single family.

I have had branches tell me it can't be done and we just drive to the next one.Online banks may be better geared for this too. 

I am gearing up to invest in duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

So many are geared toward single family.
