Waxing and waning between locations is just a waste of time and will get you nowhere.

I usually get a Meyer air freshener from Home Depot and several matching candles.

@Brandon Poe you are right - the vast majority of agents lasts only a year or two and their "lifestyle" is typically burn the candle on both ends and talk to their clients at 11pm, or they are hobbyists and don't do much at all - under 5 deals a year for over 80% of licensees. 

Once my tenant changes I am boarding up my fireplace and putting candles in front of it.

If power goes out, they need to have candles, blankets, coats, or be prepared to go to a hotel at their expense (or they can sue the electric/gas company).

If the wax seal is bad or the tank washers are loose, then it'll be leaking out onto the floor.
