@Christian Bors and if you vette these guys and like Marks says he has been in transactions that they are the funding source so there is one Top local Broker validating that they actually do fund transactions.So once this is done.... your sitting there focusing on a measly 800 bucks.. heck we blow that on dinner.... for 800 dollars you could jump start a whole career..

It all comes down to Costs... but keep in mind that a full roof replacement, should give you a new Warranty on it, and extended lifetime and lower insurance costs too!

In light of the fact that the leases are a scam I would not feel guilty but would still try to prove the leases are not valid first.
