As far as lenders go, I have a wide variety that I work with again basing who I refer off the deal and strategy the investor wants to use.

I know that that would not be legal where I am, for a variety of reasons, not even for the 5% fresh air, nor the above ground feet, nor the fact its not on the CO).

I wouldn't go over $130,000 per unit and that is based upon variety of factors.

I'm an engineer too but the civil variety.

I am interested in a variety of investments, flips, rehabs, stable income, etc. and looking to partner with some experienced investors.

Once transferred, you'll be able to do a very wide variety of transactions (including tax liens)
