Some would argue in support of a neighborhood in close proximity to downtown Sacramento such as the homes off of Lighthouse Dr, others would want to attract families with elementary school children who prefer homes in Bridgeway Lakes near Bridgeway Island Elementary School due to it's higher Great Schools rating vs.

That means the insurance company cuts you a check equal to your rent for any month the property is uninhabitable (e.g., fire, flood, hurricane).

Loss of use triggers if the property is uninhabitable due to a covered loss.

Ross Chapin is actually on Whidbey Island, about 30 miles NW of Seattle. 

Just out of La Celle-St-Cloud, Paris the 'cottages' were on a small island & had thatched roofs & the buildings & gardens were very well kept.

My fees are on the low end because I only manage on Okaloosa Island so I can personally go to each property and carry very little overhead.

I have two properties in Marco Island (Which are doing very well BTW, even with high expenses, and I also count on appreciation and since it’s an island, will always have some attraction).  

Therefore, I will also make sure language for cancellation when uninhabited is in my future leases.
