Were any of the issues uncovered by the inspection?

That will cover a lot of previously uncovered area in the state!

At some point though, the flaws in their business model will catch up to them. 

In fact, I received better brochures from some of the other companies I interviewed (however, these companies had fatal flaws noted above). 

Be prepared to resolve them after you get the property   Will an O&E report uncover all liens & judgements against the property & owner/s  or  is it best to check them all out seperatly ?   

If you think there's a flaw in their method, examine what could be done to fix it.  

I need to know what repairs for existing issues will cost and am looking for a VERY THOROUGH home inspector who can uncover even the smallest issues before I am locked in to buying the house.

Before you all tell me to talk to a lawyer, if this is not flawed on the surface or illegal, I intend to do that next.Some of the reasons why we are thinking about this is that my father is elderly, but still in good health. 

As the first is planned to be completely finished by February (I am doing most work myself), is my thinking process flawed..bare with me.I am wanting to refi my first duplex purchase asap, I can do it after 6 months there was no seasoning on the original mortgage.

However, my post was speaking more to the flaws, as evidenced above in the 2 examples given (and I have a ton of these examples) of how lenders get caught up in the minutia, and sometimes that leads to a lesser net to them in the end.
