However, you aren't going to get the best communication at all times and much like most lenders, there won't be a large degree of consultancy on investing.

Again, consult your tax accountant. 

The target demographic for MTRs is traveling nurses.

They directed me to consult with a CPA or tax planner.

It’s unlikely to provide the immediate tax write-off you're envisioning.I’d recommend consulting a CPA to clarify your situation, especially if you’re splitting usage between personal and rental.

As Kevin points out, traveling nurses make good money, and their employer pays for their housing.
