Hello Everyone What clause need to added to be safely exit the purchase agreement.I’m waiving the inspections and paying CASH 💰.  

-I'm open to adding horizontal or vertical lines using wood, adding a MiMo style brise-soleil or similar treatment over the entry and 1st floor windows-I'm looking to replace some of the original facade windows, enlarging the narrow living room windows and the window over the existing staircase.

I'm being very mindful to adding to my asset column and not my liabilities column.

My name is Derrick Shields and have been a member for a couple months and just go around to adding a picture so I thought now would be a good time for my first post.

We went from a single to adding a MF plus a SF however ours was occupied, 6 units total. 

To conclude no matter how much venom is flung here about our "Sorry Skillset", we will still be at work not getting paid to make sure you get home safely.I wish everyone the best during these times.
