Should I buy land and make it a mobile home property/ tiny home lot? 

I know there are several ways to do tiny homes.

That’s insane but so is 1000 a month in rent for a tiny one bed one bath unit .

@Marian Smith, the cost of the property and the cost of buying a mod or tiny house did not add up as a good investment.

Commercial heloc on rental property is tougher to get plus as more property u have the more reserve is required, the snow ball effect becomes tiny ball.

I’ve looked into it a very tiny amount.

Rents for a tiny studio in Boston and Cambridge are well above 1k a month.4.
