It's away from the Casinos and is not nearly as distressed as most of AC.

Hey @Jim Sestito we had a pipe burst in one of my properties recently and I rebooked the guest quickly at a local hotel for the same price and they were thrilled. 

I don't have an investment property yet and I'm actually, technically, in the negative about $2000 from "Real Estate".... but I am absolutely thrilled about that, and here's why (and spoiler alert, that money didn't go to a guru!)

I am thrilled for you and a little jealous as well. 

I'd much rather go to the casino and play craps because I can only lose what is in my wallet.

They aren't  thrilled about renters in general and since they are retired and home all the time, they would definitely notice a change in renters.

Listening to Brandon's Podcast here makes me think that i need to buy a property that is falling into a sinkhole and covered in black mold and then get my "Justice League" of contractors to fix it up before I can make a profit off of it (using the BRRR strategy).I desperately want to jump off the high dive into real estate investing but Im deterred because I dont want to buy a property with more cigarette smoke damage than a 1950s casino.
