I have been to a few of Jasons events he has a pretty sophisticated investor group that I have met in person.. as to his personal trappings well that would only be speculation on my part. to get back on subject worthless tax liens my point was I can see how this happens.. my dad was in the land business and we always had slivers and odd parcels left over and he would let them go to tax's hoping someone who is not so swift would buy the parcel and we would get the overage..
