How is he supposed to become a good landlord without going through these management situations.

This has become a process that could take 8-9 days to complete, and closing is supposed to be 7 days away. 

does anyone know if i am supposed to collect rent for the month after a Tennant dies or just give the family a month to get belongings out and not collect rent?

The issue is people with this fanatical demand that EVERYONE is wither with Tribe A, or Tribe B, and forgot that we are supposed to have FREEDOM, including freedom of thought. 

We signed our first listing agreement 8/5/24 and the property is supposedly going to be vacant by 8/26/24 (same as Erin is saying.

Isn't some sort of certificate of compliance supposed to be secured by the city inspector saying as much?
