What I do see is that a strong screening process improves your chances of getting a responsible resident. 

Richmond is a growing market with strong tenant demand from young professionals, families, and college students, depending on the neighborhood.

Relationships Matter More Than EverHaving everything in-house has also helped us build strong relationships with agents, contractors, and clients.

I strongly suggest you stop, and get a team around you, or it will not end well. 

Only the first can be corrected, but us making a mistake and getting anything less than 5 star review is stricly unacceptable in my eyes and my team also has a strong sense of ownership in their position and loyalty to my company.
