I generally stay out of politics, but I’m interested in hearing investors' perspectives.

Many illegal immigrants have been in the country for many years and live with families or friends that may not need to vacate housing because other will stay. 

I really would want to stay away from any office properties in depressed or even semi-depressed neighborhoods, especially large ones (like a 13 unit complex).

We like living in this neighborhood and plan on staying for at least another 5 years.

Preferably stay for one year and find another house.

In past history (IMO), the ones that contribute less and stay home all the time seem to break more things faster and consume more things.....and sec8 requires you to repair or fix it.I do not take a loss for sec8 vs market.
