I know depending on where an investor is in their fix and flip journey and the market this will vary, but Im curious because I feel like this is important when it comes to a good deal since some investors might not mind making less to have more doors. 

What’s your main focus, or what are you hoping to get out of your journey here?

Hey @Augusta Owens Bigger Pockets has been so valuable to me in my own journey, so you are in the right place.Ive been hosting an investor meetup the past 3 years and it's been a great place to collaborate with the like minded individuals and collaborate. 15-25 people show up each month and range from new investors to people,e who have been investing for decades.would love to connect and get you some more information!

Every other mistake I made was valuable and part of the journey.  

I have spoken with so many people who say, "I have my LLC, I'm ready to begin" and I know they could've easily begun their RE investing journey without it.Curious to hear your thoughts.
