Do you have any other tips on "the live" in flip potential in LA? 

The software doesn't provide that level of granular detail that can mean the difference between 2k and 3k a month. 

@Vladimir Del Valle I don't think the location of the CPA matters provided that they have a solid background in Real Estate and software/tools to support you remotely.
