Blue Gate Capital is the most unprofessional lending company I have dealt with, and your response to customer posts is ridiculous.

I would also explain that if it happens again that they may be responsible for some or all of the cost.

I did a "blind" assessment where I paid/reimbursed a close family friend to go in as a guest because there were a lot of details I wasn't privy to- and wanted to understand (the whole experience and process from the guest perspective from the initial inquiry, emails, etc.).They shared the email communications (some of which was glitchy or not quite as good as what I'd expect, or told me of delays in receiving responses).

Clearly, they failed in their primary responsibility to you as their layer of due diligence was a mere gossamer like patina.

Tyler,Within my 20 years of experience as a landlord, if I had $150k and good credit, I’d focus on either flips for fast capital or rentals for long-term cash flow—trying both at once can slow you down.

When I DM'd you, asking if you would put my mind at rest by simply confirming you own the asset, your response was, "I don't owe her a response about anything on my website nor do I have to prove anything lol".
