It just turns out to be a complaint session.

So you know, October 21's session of the Real Estate Study Meetup for Millennials will be at the Northern VA Open Networking event at Ono Brewing Company.

Golden Door Spa does that -- there are "men only" and "women only" sessions (which just seem like a very, very expensive sort of adult summer camp to me, but whatever).

I just booked a session with Anderson Associates for myself and the property I'm invested in and hoping to invest in. 

Short answer: Possibly June of this year for full passage.Long answer: The proposal is going to face some open house/public comment sessions.

I would hesitate to recommend reading the textbook ahead of time, and instead, I might advise saving some steam for reading during the class session.

If the answer doesn't involve an actual "show and tell" session, you can bet they will leave you hanging when you have actual money on the line. 

Personally for myself I was hoping for more meat and potatoes re sessions, I felt like most of the information was surface level and geared more towards new investors.

If he chose to verify my responses before signing, he could have easily done so using the financial statement HE CREATED for me months prior as part of my year-end tax planning session.  15 minutes was probably generous.  ;-)
