@Rob Bianco: I understand the sentiment but I’d you have any sort of respiratory issue, are a smoker or vape you stand the risk of being very severely affected by this disease.

@Evelyn Castillo, my general sentiment is: there will always be up markets and down markets. 

I have actually said, "No pay no stay" to certain tenants, which is always a crowd-pleaser let me tell you - lol (there are better ways to communicate that sentiment).

We have had buyers trying to extricate due to anxiety and this has not worked because the Force Majeure is there to protect against processes not being in place to complete the transaction rather than sentiment changing.I hope at least some of this has helped a little bit.

I would not word it the same as Account Closed. but I agree with her sentiment.  

I think a lot of that sentiment also has to do more with the stock market than the real estate market.

@Anthony WickI agree with your sentiment that a blanket discount is just bad business. 

I agree with everyones sentiments we have not seen the bottom yet.

I think I hear a different sentiment regarding the charity.

I think I may just be sentimentally attached to it and could  picture myself retiring in it someday.
