Not sure if you're aware that in OC, early June is "Senior Week" (mainly the first 2 weeks), where high school seniors and college groups try to book places to come and party. 

And Senior escrow officers do all the closings the only time the company attorney would be contacted is if you had a mess going on..

I  am very concerned about 8 million people taking a lot of low end blue collar jobs fromUS citizens.

Situation:A property just sold at foreclosure auction via foreclosure of the senior deed of trust, previously the property was in foreclosure as the second deed of trust was in default but that was withdrawn and then the senior deed of trust foreclosure and sale followed. 

Two (2) parcels in a manufactured home area, acquired through tax deeds and sold on open market with owner financing.A 2/2 condo acquired from the Forclosure action on the courthouse steps.A senior community 1/1 condo from a wholesaler.A senior community 3/2 SFR also form a wholesaler.All have proven to be profitable.
