We are struggling a bit to meet dual turnovers due to increased cleaning and sanitizing, but that's OK. 

I did a little digging and here's a NY Times article that confirms what I understand to be the local regulations: Sanitation finesWhile they talk about rent regulated units, my understanding is it applies to all residential rental units throughout NYC.
