Here you dont hear anyone talking of the lead paint law, wonder if they are sweeping under the rug?

My wife (and I) have a custom area rug business.

I bought a dining room set, dishes, kitchen table set, glasses, candles, chair, table, some lamps, area rug etc. in the past.Just did a big rehab and decided to hire a professional stager/designer and she rented furniture for a 4 bedroom house.

No changing of carpet either...they can put a throw rug over it if they don't like it, and they have.

I put in pine boards around the hole house new rugs for the bedrooms.

Well, good news:  they can get a rug :)   This does not tend to be a hangup to finding an excellent tenant, but it does last longer and better overall.b) Yeah man, the stairs get pricey! 

That also includes sounds and smells.I always ask clients afterwards if the home feels like they thought it would and I know they were nervous and put a lot of trust in me, fortunatly so far everyone said 100% and was very happy.Of course covid has intensified this trend.

If your tenant is staying put, are you going to ask him to move all his furniture and rugs to do a true assessment?  

I had to pay out a few times for others to pick up his slack on grass cutting and dog cleaning.Then the excuses intensified. 

Pulled rug back and found a hole in the floor.
