Whereas for me (at this stage of my investing career and my personal life) if a project is profitable and supports my ability to live somewhere with better cost of living and quality of life, the balance between the two can be just as valuable. 

I do not need to push CA RE and have little to gain which places me in a different category than many of the people who have posted on this thread including the OP who is a realtor, property manager, and sells mentoring (at what appears a reasonable price) in his Ohio markets..I simply notice that L.A. is burning because the mayor cut fire support by $17 million dollars, she wanted to cut it more.

Ugh.Looking for options to QBO:- supports classes, or some functional equivalent to QBO classes, which I use to sort be able to look at per-property P&L, capEx, etc.- CPA just wants a pdf or excel SS for P&L, BalanceSheet, GL - so could use whatever I want, in theory.- bank integration (download transactions) a must- no employees, so don't need payroll- if it'll bill that's awesome.

I think there is so much value in having a supportive network, so I'm looking to set up a monthly lunch for us to exchange ideas, tips, and encouragement.

In the last month and half, I've been working supporting a local real estate investor, which only goes to fuel my passion for getting into this business. 

I'm currently waiting for a response from customer support.

I don’t have the budget to support but one lead source at a time.
