Cold calling, mailers, signs, google/Facebook, RE meetups, RE agents are all ways a whole sales would find deals

About me, most of my assets are RE but in another market so I would be diversifying in that market.Potential for appreciation is very uncertain: prices have risen a lot locally lately and are as high as they have ever been, and it’s unlikely higher prices would be affordable by locals.

Let's not forget the reality  of politics, there are already RE schools in the area, then justify the need. :) It's a decentralized system that allows instructors to develop their own materials and teach.

The timeline for reconstruction is decades, many will choose not to rebuild or re-take the risk.

I've learned a lot from talking to RE attorneys, since they tend to be on both sides of those partnership deals.

Continue to scale my personal RE investments and learn!
