I did two 1031s in 2021 & 2024 - both were above $250K Capital gains.First question is how long have you been owning the property?

Low/no code options work on some websites (I'd say 15%) and they are never cheap/free in the mid to long term.I have built tools for over 400 county records, courts, notice websites to get this data if you have questions about approaching 3 feel free to ask.
