I never received a single response from an actual property owner — just self-promotions from PMCs or people affiliated with PMCs.

I wouldn't necessarily put a lot of efforts into improving/building/spending in hopes of staying booked solid, but it is a nice 'side hustle' for a pretty piece of land to bring in some extra income while it sits. 

No way im paying them 10% for a repeat booking on my direct platform that they have no piece of.

This piece will also help you determine what you can afford and cash flow. 

Just last week a 6000sq ft piece of land expected to have a house on it sold for 76500$ with a starting bid of 6900.

I suggest you look for clarity on what resources you can use or companies can assist in using a small piece of that equity as a downpayment on another high-quality asset like the one you already own.

It is just a piece of land and if we dont do anything with it then it will just be sitting.
