SB 721 launched an industry with its share of unscrupulous players.

The instruction offered may be excellent but being that it is only offered weekly in most mentoring programs with the ability to ask additional questions at a resource center will not be able to compete with in depth hands on mentoring that could truly train someone to be successful. 

Syndication failures could be a failure of the real estate investment despite diligence and competence of the sponsor, or a failure of the sponsor when there is no real estate failure.

You must do your research to verify they are competent in the field.

No other country in the region can compete. 

Look, I’m going to be brutally honest here - based on the OPs ATTITUDE, any competent experienced broker will run the other way.  

Where we see a lot of others getting lambasted here on BP is due to compete lack of professionalism and communication.

If I'm in your shoes (which I was a few years ago) I would recommend attending at least 1-2 real estate meetups a month to start putting yourself out there and networking with other players in your market. 

Once you befriend one of these big players, ask who they use.

Otherwise, bite the bullet and pay the real players in this area for what they provide (Buildium, Appfolio, RentManager, etc).
