You have to sign an agreement that you will come up with the cash if the property appraises up to 10k below the purchase price. 

The investors signed up for this with full disclosure and knowledge that a negative outcome may happen.  

(Note: I'm not a lawyer, but this is my understanding based on my experience)  A human being will need to sign on behalf of the LLC and that human will need to have the authority to sign. 

Basically, once you activate one of these channels on the first tv it will automatically sign in on every Roku device under your Roku Account.

At the courthouse, the tenant signed an agreement to vacate the property by December 1st.

Is that safe to deduct when tenant signed?

I’ve been seeing a lot of that lately and it’s a sure sign that other stuff is messed up/ not up to code as well.

Whoever they are dealing with also dropped the ball and the buyers are full of something-everything was in writing and if they signed off removing the financing clause, they are on the hook to buy. 

There have been some big players entering the PM market and a lot more interest in acquisitions of smaller PM operations.
