Not sure where your research came from but what I was basing my perspective on, was from a professional working knowledge of being on the ground observing.

Hi @Jen HoangI came across this post while researching how investors are navigating 1031 exchanges today, and I think your questions are still super relevant.. especially given how much the real estate market has shifted over the past year.

Very different terms than what your friend is seeking but more aligned with what your friend can offer the transaction from an investor's perspective. 

I mention all this because it's not a jammed up, slap dash space but from an insurance perspective do you think I should be concerned about the interior inspection and the 2 family zoning but 3 separate tenant discrepancy?

The perspectives on time commitments and the differences were really helpful.

From a landlord perspective, its great to be able to provide these simple services/amenities at no cost to us, yet empower the tenant to enroll in programs like this.

If it’s in a great part of town, these generally tend to not be the best from a cash flow perspective.
