They've taken additional precautionary measures when inspecting properties - Gloves, masks, booties to cover their shoes.Attorneys are mostly working from home but have been pumping out contracts pretty quickly for our team which has been great.Insurance agents haven't skipped a beat either - homeowner's insurance policies, renter's insurance policies, etc. have been coming back within 24-48 hours.Realtors in some markets, including NY, have been restricted from showing homes or hosting open houses.

The new appraisal was ordered and they came to my house last week (gloves and masks worn the whole time thankfully).The appraisal came back today at $695k.So I have a few questions:Why such a huge disparity in the 2 appraisals from the different companies?

Consumer sentiment isnt down because there isn't an underlying economic "bubble" that would cause people to worry (in my part of town at least). 6)all of the lost productivity is going to lead to an increase in demand all the while the workers are employed switching to items to be used in this covid-19 issue (ventillators, masks, etc)7)consumer balance sheets historically aren't "built-up" to begin with so that's not a hill to high to climb.
