It takes the Cities down there 2-4 months just to review my permit package and approve it. 

It serves as great credibility package as well as valuable info.

In fact, I am working with him right now to buy a package of three houses.

We’re three weeks in and 6/10 houses are ready to go and the others have issues that would have delayed the package.

What are going to be turnoffs:Resident Benefit Package $50, among other benefits includes trash and sewer, and HVAC filters delivered to tenant monthly. 

From a quick look at your feature chart it looks like this would be analogous to your self-service package at $19/month.

That will help with DTI.Put a pdf-package together with your financials, summary on the first page, shop it around, should not take you long.

I dont have a choice all my banks require at least annual update financial package to include :Tax returns.copy of all K 1sPFS  ( Personal Financial Statement)When I had an airplane loan that lender required the same.. and I think some DSCR loans require these ( I dont have any DSCR loans just what I have read )
