Do many other homes sleep that many people?

@Corey Curtin has been a stellar agent for my clients.I heard things that involve the city like zoning/permits can take a while in Birmingham compared to other AL markets so I'd be cautious of that. 

Let's of NYC investors look at other cities in NY, Rochester, Buffalo, etc... they can drive to them to see them, and they know the state well enough to feel comfortable.Most of the rust belt cities in NY offer cash flow as well. 

It is in an enclosed gate area that can only be opened from inside the fence so I'm leaning away from using it as storage space while I have other guests staying there.

There is also a ton of different financing strategies available other than your conventional mortgages.

I have an instance where two tenants, a mother and a teenage daughter are using 3X the water of the other set of tenants, which are two sisters.

Some new investors think of it as a no-money down deal and given those other costs, it really almost never is.

Mine may be different though because I am still responsible for HVAC and many other large items on the property.
