I Can only realistically get $1600-$1700 a month renting my house based on the market.

A property manager that can assist with rent collection, tenant screening, maintenance, and run an online ledger for us to track expenses.

But on that note I do use about 4 different data sources for comp'ing the property's rental price estimate for my clients.
