We are hoping to avoid doing any sort of partnership and maintain a single member LLC, but searching online hasn't been fruitful.

Online DirectoriesPerforming online searches is quite a bit easier than going to the county clerk or recorder’s office, but you certainly won’t be the first to find out about a pending bank foreclosure.

I do agree with everyone here that their customer service is by far the best I have ever had comparing to any other online investment platform.
