You want to make sure you get the liability protection an LLC provides and to make sure all of the other obscure, but important, details are setup correctly.

They can likely find you some obscure lender that you never would have found absent a broker.

Thats it, i'm not sure why people spend so much time on these fairly obscure scenario's.

My rental is owned under my name and self managed, and if you own your own home under your name, it would take all of 10 seconds to find your address online in most counties anyway.Security through obscurity is almost always a superficial / feelgood / ineffective means of protecting yourself.

Seller financing used to be very popular, but fell into obscurity when banks started lending to anyone who could fog a mirror.

The easiest and cheapest solution that doesn't look ghetto is to add the obscuring film to the inside of the window and put a new bath surround back in.
