Be patient though she's very busy. 

New York isn't an easy place to find deals, but if you keep at it and are patient, sooner or later something comes along!

I'm a fairly patient person so I generally don't mind waiting unless it is very difficult to find properties using 10% COC (with 25% down) criteria.  

No doubt they they will get it resolved you just have to continue to be patient.

My personal funds are now patiently waiting for the next cycle, but have a few target types already ;) My personal real estate goals are long-term. 

It took me 6 months to build my team the last time around, so I am very patient and willing to spend many months building up a team if I can find the right place to flip in cash using $50-75k in cash.

So instead of relying on any money for back rent I patiently waited HALF THE WINTER for a tenant.

Hey @Christopher Stover--You're in a tough place for this, but it's not out of the question if you're willing to be a little flexible and patient. 

Be secure and patient and things will finally happen.  

It takes a ton of knowledge and patients dealing with contractors and the city for permits.
