Acquired a double lot for $112k after resolving title issues and paid $360k for construction, creating a 6-bed, 5-bath house designed for co-living or multi-gen use.

Hi first post here just looking for advice, I rent a multi family home 2 unit for about 15 years have been lucky to have both units rented for 10 years no issues, well until now.

Investment Info:Large multi-family (5+ units) commercial investment investment.

I plan to start my investing journey with an owner occupied multi-family in Albany or the surrounding cities.

Didn't appreciate it would have to be that many doors multi-family vs higher value single family.

Agree on not finding a multi with $40k, will need to put more cash in but it's a decent chunk

Same thing with someone like Grant Cardone why would he go into the training bizz with billions in RE holdings..

I have started looking for another insurance quote, hard to find one that covers multi family.
