This is what the lease says:MAINTENANCE OF PREMISES, TENANT: The Tenants shall be liable for repairs to the premises, fixtures and appliances that are damaged as the result of Tenant’s (or Tenant’s guests and invitees) carelessness, misuse, or neglect.
