It’s undergoing some pretty sweet gentrification and is popular with SU students along with millennial crowds.

Just thinking  The costs to buy apartment complexes with a lot of units has been on the rise and there is a big reason for it -  millennials aren't buying homes. 

I'm guessing that's millennial 'ease for "pre foreclosure".

I think it's a great move by Amazon to offer this to new home buyers, especially with Millennials now entering the home buying space, and Realogy will benefit from the leads generated. 

I think Boston has experienced some tremendous growth in terms of rental appreciation as the next rental class as Gen Z starts to become the larger renter pool and Millennials are purchasing their first homes.

I would guess Airbnb share of boomers is 20 percent and of millennials is at least 80 percent.

Local demographics, upcoming Developments, diversification, where the crowds are turning over or already have turned over from gangbangers and squatters to Hip millennials so on and so forth.

I am not a seasoned investor, but I am a millennial as yourself looking to do just that.
