I feel like I've heard that after a certain period of time you can convert it to a rental and buy a new FHA insured property. 3 yrs maybe??

The criteria looks like this:1-3 Bedrooms30%-100% Equity4 yrs.

I lived in Berkshire county for 2 yrs quite some time agoDidn't appear to be great flipping area but good buy and hold areamaybe things have changed and GE  or other companies have brought jobs there best of fortune  to you . 

I am trying to find someone before the tax season is among us. what is a normal rate for services, is it a once a yrs ordeal or monthly like an accountant. please help if you can I appreciate all, thanks Art. 

i think that appreciation is probably a bit too rich, its more likely to be flat in the next 3 yrs... i think houston has overshot its value relative to other metros, you can probably google articles about it being overpriced relative to other major metros.  

Have 15 Rental properties last 10-15 yrs with strong low LTV. 

This deal is starting to look more enticing, and she informed me that the previous tenants lived there 8 yrs paying $1200 monthly rent.I do not have the reserves setup yet to where I can pay the 20k down.

The lot came with a mobile home not considered to have any value do to its age (40 yrs).
