Has s/he marketed it on social media, reached out to their network, ran Facebook ads, held an open house. #4 Are you offering a BAC?

Who would have given up on the internet when we had 14k dial up and it took 3 minutes to watch a 30 second "multi media" clip?  

I have looked at software like Hospitable and it looks great except it does not integrate with Furnished Finder. 

The platform is heavily supported by AI, offering insights that go beyond tenant retention, including tenant health scores, engagement analytics, maintenance efficiency, payment patterns, and property performance comparisons.RentKeep integrates with property management systems like Buildium and AppFolio, functioning as parallel software to help property managers truly understand the data behind their properties.

Our firm decided to integrate the two a few years back because of the constant push/pull and inconsistent advice between the two services...thus, we determined finding a strategic legal/asset protection partner, versed in our tax planning, was the correct route to go for our clientele. 

I was incredibly saddened... if anything they should have integrated Credit Karma into Mint not the other way around. 

Not just in the setup, initially, but separate bank accounts and properly signing all documents as a member of the LLC, even if you post on your personal social media accounts about a property owned by the LLC, if someone sues you, they will try to use all of that to get to you personally.  

A few things important to our team would be a strong screening/application process, tenant and team communication capabilities, and digital key/gate access integration. 

I currently have RelayFi and love it, it has Profit First system integrated within its system.
