This is eerily similar to the unsecured loans I've made and haven't seen a payment on in over two years.

Between the two, the real estate pricing is similar, but the investment landscape is very different. 

If we build more, dense, "dormitory-style" housing or similar, we can more efficiently house people, bring down costs, and everybody wins.
