In the program, it appears that you offer a Pre-Loan Application-- perhaps this is how the program is legal?

I am about to buy my first property in Ohio and I would like to gain as much information as I can in regards to the different legal issues of which I can face in Ohio.

Do I have to legally disclose to my boss that I will have my sales agent license and have a brokerage sponsor that is someone different outside the MF development company?

That was my understanding after reading the documents.

The document is pretty explicit with contingencies should anything go sideways along the way though so this helped a lot to keep everyone on task. we've built rapport at this point since we've been in constant communication from when we started but in the beginning, it was a lot of trust in the document.

Their rates are good but boy, they looked at my financials and ask some funny questions such as asking for proof that I could withdraw funds from my SEP IRA account, and that I need to provide documentation to verify that  this employer sponsored retirement account allows for funds to be withdrawn, or if withdrawals could only be made in connection with the borrowers employment termination, retirement or death etc. everyday they sent me something new to answer.

@Jamie BatemanIf I understand what they do- it looms like they are just a middle man where someone wants financing on a property they find a lender for it and will create documentation.

Go where the deal takes you, don't wear blinders, keep your vision open for whatever opportunities present themself, and NEVER invest on hope, facts only, known documented FACTS.
